Introduction to Training and Support
ThermaVein offers a variety of manufacturer training and courses to ensure that your clinic offers the best possible patient treatment and results.
Each ThermaVein package is inclusive of online theory training in our interactive, state of the art, global multimedia suite and a full day of manufacturer training for up to six people at your clinic. We come to you at your convenience.

ThermaVein Training Programme Overview
1. Comprehensive Theory Session:
- Understand the science behind thermocoagulation and how ThermaVein technology works.
- Learn about patient selection, contraindications, and pre-treatment consultations to ensure the best outcomes.
2. Practical, Hands-On Training:
Includes:
1. Theory and demonstration (approx. 1 hour)
- Assembly of ThermaVein machine
- Explanation how and why ThermaVein works
- Causes of telangiectasia and minor skin blemishes
- Contra-indications
- Consultation and records
- Safety precautions and hygiene rules
- Treatment plans
- Discussion of practical treatment
- Practical technique demonstration
2. Practical Working and Assessment
- Method, duration and planning frequency of treatments
- Practical work on models (45 minutes for each model)
3. Practical Removal and Treatment of Indicated Problems
- Feedback from models to ensure depth of treatment feels the same as when treated by certified ThermaVein trainer
- Post-treatment advice
- Assessment and evaluation of staff receiving training
- Marketing, treatment timing and advised treatment costing
4. Training Summary and Questions/Answers (approx.1 hour)
